This apartment is absolutely perfect for you cultural visit to the city. An apartment that makes you feel part of Barcelona. Although situated in the very core of town, you will not be bothered by traffic that is passing by the apartment day and night. The apartment is cosy and suitable for a capacity up to 2 persons, recommended for passing a few romantic days with just the two of you.
The space within is divided into a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen with laundry machine and microwave. The sleeping facilities within the apartment consist out of a double bed in the living room. With help of the fully equipped kitchen, you will be able to prepare whatever meal you want, just like you are used to do at home.
The apartment is recently re-decorated and counts with new and comfortable furniture, satellite television, stereo, airco and heating. Important for those moments when you come home after a long day at the beach or sightseeing in Barcelona.

Description of the surroundings

In the heart of the Old city, situated in one of those little historic streets, which were there from the beginning when Barcelona was not yet a big European Metropolis. Nearby (all within walking distance) you will find many things worthwhile visiting: The Picasso Museum, The Parc Ciutadella, the Big Cathedral and of course the world-famous promenade: The Rambla. But before reaching those you have to find your way through all the charming streets and squares of the gothic area. Each street with its own specific character and awkward shops.
Of course there are also sufficient accommodations for those who rather spend there time eating in a typical Spanish restaurant or have a good laugh in one of the many bars. The neighbourhood Borne, famous for its nightlife is within very short distance.
Transport:
Being situated in the centre of town, you will have most activities worthwhile seeing and visiting at close hand. For visiting other parts of town (e.g. the architectural pieces of the Catalan mastermind Gaudi) you will be very well connected with the Barcelona metro-net. The nearest metro station is at 400 meters and is one of the main stops.

| When the client decides to arrive after 22:00, We have to calculate 50 Euro extra. This is also the case on Spanish national Holidays and some Catalan Holidays. The price is per night and includes towels and linens. And a final general cleaning at the end of your stay. Each reservation is charged with an additional 50 Euro administration costs. The prices does NOT include the service of offering an extra bed for an additional person. Nor does it include special requests. (e.g. baby beds etc.) The minimal rental nights are 4.
