This centric and luxury apartment has two levels. On the ground floor you find the nice and cozy living room with dining table and comfortable sofas with TV and stereo equipment. The two balconies allow a lot of light to enter the apartment and they also give you a beautiful view of the typical Spanish streets below.
From the living room you reach the fully equipped kitchen, with laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and baking oven. On the same level you also can find the two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and the other one with a shower and toilet.
There are two sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. On the second floor you can find two more single beds, which makes this apartment perfect for a stay with 6 persons. The apartment has aircondition for the hot summer days and heating for the less hot winter days.

Description of the surroundings
|

This luxury apartment is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the gothic center of Barcelona. A hundred meters away you find the Plaza Real with palm trees, bars, restaurants and a beautiful fountain in the middle. Barri Gotic, the area in which the apartment is located, is Barcelonas old town, criss crossed by small streets and loaded with great mediterranean shopping. If you are more interested in museums or perhaps in the beach, all is nearby, almost on your doorstep.
From the apartment there is only two minutes walk from the famous promenade La Rambla. Starting from Plaza de Catalunya it goes all the way down to the Old Port of Barcelona. While walking down it, you will encounter all the activities that make this promenade so special: restaurants, bars, pubs, the most impressive artists, street theater and of course the little market boots selling flowers and birds. The quiet environment of the apartment forms a big contrast with the vividness of La Rambla.
Transport
Being situated in the center of town, you will have most activities worthwhile seeing and visiting at close hand. For visiting other parts of town (e.g. other architectural pieces of the Catalan architectural mastermind Gaudi) you will be very well connected with the Barcelona metro. The nearest metro station is only 300 meters away.

| When the client decides to arrive after 22:00, We have to calculate 50 Euro extra. This is also the case on Spanish national Holidays and some Catalan Holidays. The price is per night and includes towels and linen. And a final general cleaning at the end of your stay. Each reservation is charged with an additional 60 Euro administration costs. The prices does NOT include the service of offering an extra bed for an additional person. Nor does it include special requests. (e.g. baby beds etc.)The minimal rental nights are 4.
